Hello, my name is Andy and it is my privilege to provide Kiddleydivey sessions for the elderly in the Bury St Edmunds, Thetford, Ely, and surrounding areas. I am a father of two sons, and a grandfather of a baby boy and 6 year old girl who definitely keep me active and young at heart.

Some years ago, my mother was diagnosed with Alzheimers disease and eventually placed into a care home. I visited her frequently in the care home and on some occasions, witnessed the change in not only hers but the other residents moods when they had a visiting musician or just had music playing for their recreation. As I had an interest in psychology, this prompted me to find out more about the power of music, not only to the elderly but also to us all in general.

My background in business has been predominately in the telecommunications industry but outside of this, I have had a passion for music from a very young age and was trained by a top London guitar teacher. I also developed a great interest in psychology in later years and have read many books on this vast and sometimes bewildering subject.

I had reached a time in my life where I felt that I needed a new challenge and a change in career. I could not believe my good fortune when I found Kiddleydivey and had absolutely no hesitation in exploring the opportunities that Kiddleydivey offered. So here I am starting a new venture enabling me to work in my two areas of interest and more importantly, to bring some joy and respite for the elderly, particularly those who suffer from dementia which is something that is very close to my heart. It truly is a dream come true.

I run Kiddleydivey Adult sessions in the following areas;

Bury St Edmunds, Thetford, Ely, Newmarket, Barnham, Great Hockham, Watton, Saham Toney, Hilborough, Northwold, Brandon, Mildenhall, Culford, Red Lodge, Barrow, Elmswell, Cockfield, Woolpit, Ixworth, Thurston, Great Barton, Stanton, Westley.
